What We Offer

We provide a range of design services to suit your project. Each project is treated individually, therefore we prepare a custom fee proposal tailored to your individual needs.

We apply the same approach and consideration to all project sizes, from individual rooms to whole house remodels and new builds.

  • We offer hourly consulting sessions for those who are seeking professional design guidance without committing to a full-service project.

    During these sessions, we provide expert advice to help you move forward with confidence. This is geared towards those struggling with a particular challenge or limited design decisions.

    Consultations can be virtual, allowing us to connect with clients outside of Maryland & the US.

  • We also offer limited design packages for those who are seeking smaller scale assistance. This can look like:

    • Colour consultancy

    • Fixture & hardware selection

    • Furnishing procurement & installation

    • Styling & accessory packages

    Packages are tailored to your individual needs, and can be completed as eDesigns for those outside of the DMV region.

  • Our preferred approach is to be involved from the outset, collaborating closely with the client and project team to ensure a cohesive final result.

    We realize the shared architectural vision through bespoke cabinetry and millwork design, complemented by thoughtfully selected finishes and fixtures.

    The space is completed through careful sourcing of furnishings and soft goods, including artwork, antiques and accessories. We utilise our fabrics expertise to design custom upholstery, linens and drapery.

Our Process

Concept Design

Every project begins with an outline floorplan and moodboard. For full homes, this will include a whole home concept to ensure a cohesive ‘red thread’, as well as individual boards for each space.

Detailed Design

As we move through the design stages, the initial floorplans are refined, initial elevations prepared, and elements are more precisely specified.

Construction

During the construction phase, we collaborate closely with the Contractor to ensure information is interpreted accurately, queries are resolved quickly, and any final decisions are provided before they’re needed.

Installation & Styling

During the final phase, we source the finishing touches that complete a space, coordinating deliveries to ensure a streamlined installation and minimal disruption.
